I think you told me..... iso abs, right?
I've been doing that as well for my core.
for upper limbs
do pushups
1) roman pushups
2) scorpion pushups
3) dive bomber push ups
do 5 counts of 4 for each push up.
start with 1 (rest) 1, 2, 1 (rest), 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 (rest) 1,2,1
(rest), 1
for lower limbs, 20 counts of 4 for each exercise
1) alternate leg thrusts
2) chicken backside
3) ranger hops
same sequence as above
for core u can do bridging, seated V ups.. etc etc
u can also do 5 exercises...
1) 10 burpees
2) 25 crunches
3) 10 diamond pushups
4) 5 counts of 4 ranger hops
5) 10 counts of 4 jumping jack
so u do 3 stages...
stage 1 = do 3 sets
stage 2 = do 2 sets but multiply by 2 (20 burpees, 50
crunches...)
stage 3 = do 1 set but multiply by 3
between each stage, do bridging for a minute
we still got somemore exercises like super 60 and
whatever...
now u know how my RT is like.
